The next step is to import the downloaded file. Once you've done that, your keyboard should be black, with no backlighting effects. On the top left of the window, uncheck it and hit apply. The only "layer" that you should have is Spectrum Cycling. You're going to want to click on that, and you'll be brought to a new window.
Once you have a fresh profile loaded, on the right side of the synapse program there should be a link that says "CHROMA CONFIGURATOR". I usually name mine whatever the author named their profile, so I don't get confused. Create a new profile (The little plus about 1/3 down the left side), and name it whatever you'd like. Select your Razer BlackWidow Chroma from the bottom (if it isn't selected already) and go to the "lighting" secondary tab underneath the "Keyboard" tab. Once it's downloaded, open up your Synapse program. I made a folder specifically for chroma profiles so that I would know where to look. Once you've decided on one, go ahead and click the download link. This post is a good place to start, because the links take you to youtube videos so you can see what the profile looks like before you download it.
